Role & responsibilities We are hiring two experienced Senior Accountants to manage our financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business decision-making. Candidates with strong Zoho Books and advanced Excel will have an advantage. Handle day-to-day accounting: Sales, Purchases, journal entries, Bank reconciliations etcPrepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsEnsure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filingsWell experienced in GST filing, including monthly/quarterly returns, payments, reconciliations, and complianceImprove internal controls and accounting processesCoordinate with auditors, banks, and vendorsExperience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software would be an advantageMaintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basisPerform bank and cash reconciliations across multiple accountsFinalize books of accounts monthly, quarterly, and annuallyPrepare and review Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, and Balance SheetSupervise and review work of junior accountantsPreferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in accounting/finance (CA Inter or MBA Finance is a plus)6+ years of hands-on accounting experienceFamiliarity with Zoho Books or similar ERP/accounting tools would be an advantage Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.) would be an advantageDeep understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian tax complianceDetail-oriented, dependable, and proactive

Experience in retail, fashion, or jewelry industry preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven track record of achieving business growth targets. Ability to travel as required for franchise meetings and store openings.
