Key Responsibilities: • Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding. • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of posting ads for H1-T, TN, EAD, Green Card and USC candidates for W-2 hiring. Candidates should take the responsible for introducing new hires to the company and guiding them through the benefits, training, and the complete process. Excellent in working knowledge by sourcing the consultants through Dice, Monster, indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake etc. The candidate should also possess good knowledge of various technologies in the market and be able to educate consultants on these topics. Maintain and developing the business relation with dependent/independent visa consultants and interacting with potential candidates is crucial to success in this position. • Maintaining contact/follow ups with consultants on a daily basis. • The role must require excellent negotiation, sourcing, as well as the ability to make 40-50 calls every day.
