We are having an urgent opening for the position of Executive Post Sales CRM -(Real Estate Developer) for a reputed Real Estate company at the Kamothe location.Requirements:- Must have ability to understand real estate legal documentation as well as working knowledge of RERA is a must.Must have 1+ Yrs Experience in Home Loan & CRM in the Real estate IndustryMBA or Management degree will be preferred.Responsibilities:- Making Welcome Calls/Verifying the booking documents, Knowledge of RERA and Stamp duty registration process.Timely follow-up for Payments and registration as per the milestone.Escalation to be escalated to various departments as per the requirementsCollection targets to be achievedCommunication with clients and sales to be updated in sales toolsHandle legal procedures of stamp duty & registration. Responsibilities: - -Identification of Channel Partners, signing them up to generate business for the firm. -You will be reaching out to the Real estate channel partners in the locality assigned to you to onboard them through calls or through physical meetings. Increase our reach and awareness about the project among the channel partner community and onboard the interested CPs. • You will also be responsible for conducting meetings with interested CPs to persuade them and motivate them to actively engage in lead generation activity • This role also expects that the candidate is always at the lookout for high performing CPs and do all the efforts within their limits to drive the CPs for lead generation. The candidate is also responsible for coordination for site visits with prospective buyers and enables the deal closure. • Addressing any queries, doubts of the CPs and prospective buyers to maintain a healthy and professional approach.
