Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused Employee Engagement and Onboarding to enhance our workplace culture and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees. This role will focus on employee engagement, promoting a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Employee Engagement: Plan, Hosting and manage employee events such as Festivals celebrations, workshops, and company outings. Design and execute engagement initiatives, including employee recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities. Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and develop action plans to improve engagement. Culture & Communication: Promote open communication channels and ensure employees feel heard and valued. Develop and share internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and engagement reports. Onboarding: Develop and implement a structured onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. Coordinate with hiring managers to create personalized onboarding plans. Gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding process. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in Events, Hosting, Anchoring, Employee engagement. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Creative mindset with a passion for employee well-being and engagement.
