Role Overview As an Employee Experience Specialist , you will be responsible for onboarding, employee community initiatives, recognition programs, wellness programs, and fostering cross-team collaboration - driving a culture of belonging, purpose, and engagement. Experience: 3-5 years Location : Kochi Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Integration Develop structured onboarding journeys with mentorship and training. Conduct 30-60-90 day check-ins for smooth new hire transitions. Lead interactive orientation programs and implement a Buddy Program. Gather employee feedback to improve onboarding processes. Employee Community & Collaboration Manage and oversee Employee Clubs & Houses, fostering an engaging and collaborative environment. Organize interest-based clubs (e.g., Music, Dance, Theatre, Sports, Nature, Speaker Forums, CSR) to create opportunities for employees to connect beyond work. Structure and coordinate internal House systems, where employees are grouped for cross-functional collaboration, friendly competitions, and engagement activities. Plan and execute contests, networking forums, recognition programs, and inter-house events that promote community and culture. Collaborate with leadership and HRBPs to integrate these initiatives into business units and functions. Employee Recognition & Rewards Design and manage employee recognition programs to celebrate contributions and milestones. Execute and promote Spot Awards, Team Awards, Title Awards and Milestone/Loyalty Awards to reinforce a culture of appreciation. Organize award ceremonies, appreciation events, and milestone celebrations to showcase employee contributions. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) Ensure inclusive engagement programs, ensuring every employee feels heard and valued. Work with DEIB champions to drive equity, cultural inclusion, and belonging. Celebrate diverse perspectives by amplifying employee voices in engagement activities. Employee Well-being & Wellness Programs Develop and implement wellness initiatives that focus on physical, emotional and mental well-being. Organize fitness challenges, mindfulness sessions, stress management programs, and awareness campaigns. Collaborate with wellness experts, vendors, and internal HR teams to create a workplace that prioritizes holistic employee well-being. What Makes You a Great Fit 3-5 years of experience in employee engagement, culture initiatives, and recognition programs. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to drive impactful initiatives. Proven ability to design and execute employee experience strategies that enhance belonging and well-being. Hands-on expertise in organizing events, rewards programs, and wellness initiatives. Bachelors/Masters degree in HR or a related field.
