Key Responsibilities: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution. Conduct investigations on complaints or policy violations. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. Support management in addressing performance or behavioral concerns. Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends. Partner with legal teams for labor law issues, if needed. Organize employee engagement initiatives. Maintain proper documentation of all ER-related actions. Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of employment laws and regulations. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
