One with HOD and final round with Director4] Please carry the hardcopy of your CV's and come for interview5] Interview time : 9:30am to 4pm / Lunch break : 1pm to 2pmRoles and ResponsibilitiesOversee crane manufacturing plant operations, ensuring efficient production processes and quality control.Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and operators to achieve organizational goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize production workflows.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies 1 As a Plant Head in the crane industry, you'd be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, ensuring efficient production, safety, and quality, while also managing staff, budgets, and strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals 2 Planning with all HOD's and the Director for the Deliveries to be dispatched during the month 3 Manage cost structures for manufacturing by keeping operational expenses within budget allowance, and investigate cost-reduction measures 4 Preparing, handling & updating the "Monthly Project Deliveries Report" well in advance 5 Once planning of all monthly deliveries are done, then the Report of Monthly Project Deliveries to be emailed immediately to all departments for smooth operations 6 Weekly Team meets with All Departmental HOD's for reviewing the status of weekly crane dispatches and the reasons for delay 7 Coordination with Admin department, before crane dispatch, for customer transportation terms & payments before dispatch clearance received from customer or not. No material to be dispatched to customer without receiveing the payment before dispatch unless special intimation recieved from Director to dispatch material without payment 8 There should be no communication gap between Director and HOD of Technical Team - Mr. Nandu Patil 9 Daily update with Director on the regular activities happening at the Shed / Plant. Your Daily Reports to be sent before End of Day 10 Plan and coordinate manufacturing operations for production, machinery, processing, and packaging departments. 11 Coordination with Purchase & Quality department to ensure the quality of all material & fabrication process during manufactuing process 12 Closely checking every single aspect of finishing touch of ever project before crane assembly & dispatch 13 Closely analyzing the crane assembly while loading, so that damaged goods aren't sent to customer 14 You will be responsible if customer receives damaged material goods 15 Responsible for all Labourers problems in the factory. To coordinate with all concerned HOD's in this regards 16 Coordinating with Purchase Department for material procurement for each and every project as per BOM received from Design department 17 You will be responsible for the "Timely Dispatches" of each and every project as per customer requirement. 18 Plant Head should ensure that all material as per BOM should be receied 8 days in advance before customer delivery date 19 If there is a delay for any project, then Plant Head should bring out the reasons for delays before the Director well in advance. Plant Head is expected to plan much in advance and not last moment 20 Independently handling all customer requirements for dispatch of both Cranes & Crane Spares 21 You will be the incharge and responsible person above all other Departments | you will be answerable for all issues & overall problems happening in regards to manufacturing, dispatches, quality, fabrication, inwward of material, safety of labourers, and overall such kind of tasks at the plant. 22 Whenever there is customer inspection, you will be apart of the meeting to ensure customer quality requirements 23 After Inspection, you will coordinate with Quality & Production Team to ensure that the pending points are cleared and crane is ready for dispatch 24 You will be Totally Responsible for "Timely Crane Dispatches" 25 Maintaining Cordial & Respectful relations with all Endurance Team Members, especially women staff / No vile language, no smoking, no gutka chewing inside the premises to be entertained 26 Investigate and implement innovative manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve product quality Company Location - Google Maps URLPQ3M+X7 Talwade, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra Contact :Zarina D'Costa EA / OperationsWhatsapp : 8669654205Email : zarina@ehandling.in
