Job PurposeResponsible to manage sales of the companys products and services within a defined geographic area & achieving the assigned sales revenues. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues Key Job ResponsibilityPerforms sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Business Manager.Identifying the potential customers to understand requirements & Providing product, technical and engineering information. Establish new Customers by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly Sales revenues.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Qualification BE Electrical or Electronics Preferred/ Any Graduate Strong communication, listening and presentation skills. Relevant experience in technical product configuration or technology related experience Experience Minimum 6-7 years of experience into Sales of UPS/SOLAR Inverter /Battery Charger related Product /solution with Proven success in sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process. Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal’ Capable of hands-on problem solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions Must be a Team player and adaptive to the competitive market environment. Fully aware of the contemporary, evolving technologies in Industry. Job PurposeTo ensure the reliability, performance, and safety of UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems and inverters through comprehensive testing, analysis, and problem-solving, ultimately contributing to product quality and continuous improvement Key Job ResponsibilityProduct testing, product validation and verification.Hardware design in Analog & Digital Electronics.PCB design & completed by external vender.Support & coordination with the support team.Configure the test points of the machine and calibrate it.Creating documentation of projects like bill of material, test report, testing procedure, user manual.Designing and development of new products.Modifying the existing products as per customer requirements. Qualification BE Electrical or Electronics Preferred/ Any GraduateRelevant experience in technical product configuration or technology related experience Experience Minimum 7-10 years of experience of UPS/SOLAR Inverter /Battery Charger related Product /solution with Proven success in sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge UPS and Inverters, key experience points include a strong understanding of power electronics, proficiency in testing methodologies, and experience with relevant test equipment and software, along with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
