Data Collector Position : Engineer -Condition Monitoring Summary: We are seeking a skilled Engineer with 2-5 years of experience in the IDRS department to join our team as a Reliability Engineer. Reliability Engineers are the frontline personnel in IDRS, responsible for acquiring, managing, and communicating crucial data that enables effective condition monitoring and predictive maintenance. Their diligence and accuracy play a significant role in preventing equipment failures, optimizing maintenance schedules, and ensuring operational efficiency. Roles and Responsibilities: Collect data: Use sensors and tools to gather readings from equipment. Record data: Log readings with dates, times, and locations. Check data: Ensure readings are accurate and consistent. Store data: Organize and save data in the right system. Share data: Tell maintenance about unusual findings. Follow safety rules: Work safely and wear protective gear. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Diploma or Engineering or related field Mandatory: Mobius CAT-1 or CAT-2 certification. Additional Certifications in CBM techniques is a plus. 2-5 years of experience in reliability engineering or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in reliability analysis tools and techniques Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
