Working knowledge of development and design techniques. Has a working knowledge to design underlying engineering for use in multiple product offerings and support a small volume of end users. Technological skills are proven. Can perform task breakdowns. Code has relatively few structural issues. Can debug applications. Demonstrates object-orientated skills. Implements defensible coding strategies. Proven effective software design techniques, on SDLC and Agile methodologies and software maintenance. Culture: Explains complex, difficult, and or sensitive information, and works to build consensus. Continues to develop and support company values and understand behaviors to validate when needed. Experience: With a Bachelor, 3- 5 years of equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts. With Masters, 3 years related experience with Masters.
