Job Description

Roles & Responsibility: Ensure the Material Availability in line with PPC requirement - Daily/Weekly/Monthly Basis Maintain the Inventory of RM /Bought out Parts/Consumables in line Company Norm Ensure the RM % as per Budgetary requirement /Corporate Guideline Generating of SPO/BPO /BPO release & Get the approval Raise the PAF for New Parts/Price Amendment All ERP Related activity related to Purchase Ensure the Vendor Payment in co-ordination with Accounts department Maintain the all IATF Related documents Passing Credit /Debit Notes according to Price amendment &other issues Ensuring regulatory requirements like GST/E-Way Bill in Co-ordination with Accounts department Address & Improve the Quality performance along with QA Department Identify & work on Contingency Plan to de-risk the supplies Re-Conciliation of Job work Part along with Stores Freight Control & No Premium freight allowed Monitoring & Control of Pipe Line stock i.e., transit /warehouse Careful Handling of ECN Parts to avoid Non-Moving/Slow Moving Regularly addressing of Vendor Rating and thereon improvements Any other task / assignment as directed by reporting officer or reviewing officer Desirable Candidate: Qualification: B.E / Diploma Mech or Automobile Engg Experience: 5 - 8 Years Good verbal and written communication skills. Good Computer skills and knowledge of ERP/Materials Management/Supply chain Mgmt. Good in computer skills i.e., MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Positive attitude: willingness to learn and flexibility.
