Role & responsibilities Lead and/or support the new product development activities in Non-Woven abrasive business. He /She will be responsible for formulations, testing of materials and execution of NWN technologies. 1. Good Knowledge of different nonwoven technologies 2. Knowledge about project management and New Product Development 3. Have knowledge about different types of fibers Synthetic and Natural 4. Have knowledge about different testing methods for Fibers 5. Understanding of Product testing understanding customer requirements and test method development 6. Have basic knowledge about formulation science Preferred candidate profile EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: M.Tech in Textile/Chemical, M.Sc. in Chemistry MINIMUM YEARS OF EXP- 3+ years NATURE OF EXPERIENCE: Experience in industrial R&D and formulation SPECIFIC SKILLS/PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: 1. New Product development 2. Testing of Materials 3. NWN Technologies 4. Fiber understanding 5. Problem Solving and Analytical Skills 6. Effective Communication Skills
