Job Description

Role & responsibilities Monitoring & Performance Analysis : Monitor the performance of solar energy systems, ensuring that they meet the required energy generation standards. Use software tools and data acquisition systems to analyze energy production, performance data, and system efficiency. Perform root cause analysis and identify potential areas for performance improvements. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance : Plan, schedule, and execute routine inspections and preventive maintenance of solar power plants. Perform corrective maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, identifying faults, and repairing or replacing faulty components. Troubleshooting & System Optimization : Identify and resolve technical issues such as faults in inverters, modules, batteries, and electrical systems. Work with other technical teams to improve system performance and implement optimization strategies. Safety & Compliance : Ensure that solar plants comply with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards. Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and ensure that all safety procedures are followed during operations and maintenance activities. Maintain records of inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs for regulatory compliance. Reporting & Documentation : Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, system performance, and any modifications made to equipment. Provide regular reports on plant performance, maintenance activities, and any ongoing issues to management. Inventory Management : Track and manage spare parts inventory for all critical components of the solar system. Coordinate with suppliers for the procurement of necessary spare parts. Customer Support & Communication : Provide technical support and guidance to customers when needed.
