Job Description: Sales Engineer (Enclosure & Panel Sales / Industrial Product Sales) Position: Sales Engineer Location: Chennai Experience: 2+(Preferred in Enclosure, Panel Sales, or Industrial Products) Industry: Electrical / Industrial Products / Manufacturing Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with experience in enclosure, panel sales, or industrial products . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in enclosures, panels, and industrial products . Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, system integrators, electrical contractors, and distributors . Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers. Provide customized solutions based on customer needs and industry requirements. Achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory. Work closely with the technical and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements. Requirements: Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related field). Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales of enclosures, panels, or industrial products. Strong technical knowledge of industrial enclosures, electrical panels, and related products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and drive sales in a competitive market. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in B2B sales, industrial automation, or electrical distribution networks . Familiarity with pricing strategies, tenders, and project-based sales . Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations .
