Monitoring end-to-end civil construction projects encompassing planning, design, estimation, scope definition, finalization of techno-commercial aspects Formulation of Contracting Strategy for all packages, Formulation of Contract Documents, Request for Proposals (RFP), Bid Evaluation, Negotiations, Management Approval, Contract Award Vendor Management Develop Efficient Supply Chain / New Vendors, Vendor Relationship Management, Prequalification of vendors Evaluation of Vendor Performance Contract Administration, Variations to Contract Extra items, Contract Amendments, Extension of Time, Claims settlement and dispute resolution, Contractual Correspondence like Terminations, Suspensions, Contract Close Out. Cross Functional Co-ordination, Co-ordination with Project Teams, and other functions viz., Design, Engineering, Planning, Costing / Budgeting, Legal, Finance Defining project strategy during the implementation, care phase and developing plans to coordinate activities of Project Team and all internal and external parties; formulating project budget and human rescores requirements Allocating tasks & defining clear timelines for the completion of each task; monitoring task completion, providing assistance to deliver the project in time; formulating effective time management plans Anchoring on-site activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization Coordinating with external agencies for techno-commercial discussions, changes required in the tender contract documents, cost estimates, including billing, variation proposals, claims and so on Ensuring Civil Structural Works are in compliance with requirements pertaining to the Permit Section as & where they are executed and verify in line with Regulations of Authorities Preparing documents for invitation of bids for projects including specifications, finalization of requirements & BOQ; negotiating reviewing and awarding contracts as per contract regimes Implementing QA/ QC procedures; conducting Audits & various inspections; ensuring the structures are in compliance with pre-defined authority approved structural drawings and as well as architectural drawings based on project specifications Maintaining & reviewing general contract and subcontract / suppliers documents and ensuring all are dealt appropriately Developing network with Client, Architects, Consultants, Vendors, Subcontractors, ConsultantsArchitectural, Structural and Suppliers for ascertaining technical specifications, construction related etc. Interested candidate please may apply directly on “Satender.kumar@ajnara.com”
