About the role: We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Engineering Associate to support product development, prototyping, and technical operations. This role involves creating 3D models, managing prototype development using 3D printing, and supporting product testing to ensure design integrity and quality standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically skilled, and comfortable working across design, operations, and client support.This is a dynamic position that blends design engineering, inventory management, client interaction, and light content support — ideal for candidates excited about building innovative urban farming solutions. ResponsibilitiesDesigning products and making 3D models.Operating 3D printer and making prototypes.Make and manage excel sheets of inventory.Conduct product testing and ensure quality standards.Providing technical assistance for installations.Quote Generation.Client Coordination and Maintenance Calls.Assisting with Content Generation. QualificationsBachelors degree in Engineering/ Science (Mechanical/ Electronics/ Computers), preferredCBSE, ICSE, IB educated12th GraduateProficient in English speaking and writingEfficient in using Blender and other 3D CAD and rendering softwares.Familiarity with 3D printing.Basic knowledge of Excel.Basic know-how of Zoho.Minimum one year job experience.Good understanding of supply chain management.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Empathetic and compassionate.Creative and adaptive, willing to learn and change.
