In this role, you will oversee the development lifecycle, manage customer implementations, help team with solutioning/ debugging and ensure successful delivery of our platform while handling customer communications and delivery expectations. The candidate should have extensive experience in MEAN stack technologies, customer management, and a strong understanding of software development best practices. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership and Agile Software Development - Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in Agile-based development methodologies, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices. - Guide and collaborate with software engineers and senior software engineers to design and develop optimal technical solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects. Customer Implementation Management - Plan, manage, and execute customer implementations of the MEAN stack-based platform, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business objectives. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing communications, addressing concerns, and setting delivery expectations throughout the implementation process. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of customer requirements into the product roadmap and development process. Project Planning and Delivery - Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements for customer implementations, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. - Develop project plans, track progress, and manage risks to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality results. - Monitor resource utilization, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost savings. Team Leadership and Agile Software Development - Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in Agile-based development methodologies, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices. - Guide and collaborate with software engineers and senior software engineers to design and develop optimal technical solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects. Mandatory Qualifications B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA only. 60% & above in entire academics including highest qualification. Minimum of 12 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years of demonstrated leadership in Agile-based software development and 3 years of customer handling. Strong technical background in MEAN stack technologies, with hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js. Proven track record of leading Agile development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills. Solid understanding of project management methodologies and practices, with experience in planning, executing, and delivering customer implementations. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the FinTech industry is a plus. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
