Job Description

Lead Recruitment and Talent Acquisition : Drive the hiring process for engineering roles in Bangalore, developing strategies to attract and retain exceptional talent in a competitive market. Manage Engineering Teams : Oversee and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement while ensuring effective team structures. Hands-on Development : Work as part of Agile team developing and releasing roadmap requirements. Oversee Onboarding : Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the team and alignment with Radancy s values and goals. Enhance Operational Efficiency : Implement and refine engineering processes and best practices to boost productivity, streamline workflows, and ensure teams have the tools and resources they need. Collaborate Globally : Work closely with distributed teams, including Product, Engineering, and Operations, to align engineering efforts with company objectives and facilitate cross-team communication. Report and Communicate : Provide regular updates to senior management on team performance, operational status, and key milestones, while adapting to global time zones as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience in a technical environment). Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management or operations, ideally within a software development setting. Proven track record of hiring and managing engineering teams, with success in building high-performing, collaborative groups. Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile) and experience implementing operational best practices. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, retain, and develop team members. Experience and flexibility to work with distributed teams across diverse cultures and time zones. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for managing multiple priorities under pressure. Flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules, including potential coordination with global teams in regions like Europe and North America.
