Job Description

Mandatory Qualifications B.E., B.Tech., / MCA only. 60% & above in entire academics, including highest qualification. Minimum of 12 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years of demonstrated leadership in Agile-based software development and 3 years of customer handling. Strong technical background in multiple technologies; preferred tech stack can be MEAN; should have hands-on experience as well in some technologies. Proven track record of leading Agile development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills. Solid understanding of project management methodologies and practices, with experience in planning, executing, risk management, and delivering customer implementations. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the FinTech industry is a plus. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
