********NEW PLC PROGRAMMING MAKING & TROUBLESHOOTING REQUIRED******** Location : Neemrana Qualification :B.Tech (Electrical/Mechatronics) Experience : Min 4 years Designation : Engineer Work Description & performance Plan Summary of Job Profile/ Purpose of the position: To carry out SPM Building activities/Automation in plant premises including Low- cost automation in different section to reduce other variable heads such as manpower, electrical spare, consumable. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 1. To plan for develop SPM press fit and SPM assembly inhouse for productivity improvement. 2. To plan for retrofit of existing machine improvement. Knowledge of Solid work design. 3. To plan for jig/Fixture development for smooth changeover and productivity. 4. Responsible for PLC Programming improvement activity . 5. To lead & assist job/ activities to subordinates & provide them resources to carry out these activities. 6. To prepare new spare procurement accordingly. 7. To maintain services for new machine installation & commissioning details. 8 To have cross functional team interactions & support for line Poke Yoke & improvements. Competencies required to successfully perform the job: Technical/Function Competencies 1. Should have Technical knowledge of various Electrical/Mechanical/Pneumatic/Hydraulic Systems. 2. Should be able to define the design of machine/equipment. 3. Should be able to define the alternate solution for critical equipments. 4. Should be able to plan/arrange required spares/equipments for smooth plant operation. 5. Should be able to perform design concept of SPM. 6. Should have able to guide subordinates & impart technical trainings to them. 7. Should have hands on experience of PLC, HMI, and Servo- Omron, Keyence, Mitsubishi and Siemens.
