English & Soft Skills– DDU-GKY Project (warangal): Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and passionate English & Soft Skills Trainer to train candidates under skill development programs like DDU-GKY . The trainer will be responsible for improving trainees’ communication skills, workplace behavior, and overall personality development to enhance their employability. Key Responsibilities: Conduct classroom sessions on English language (speaking, listening, reading, writing) and soft skills (etiquette, teamwork, time management, etc.). Use interactive and activity-based learning methods to make sessions engaging. Design training materials, lesson plans, and assessments as per curriculum standards (e.g., DDU-GKY QPs). Focus on improving spoken English , grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Train students in interview skills , resume writing, group discussions, and workplace communication. Regularly assess students’ progress and provide individual support where needed. Maintain proper training documentation and student attendance records. Prepare trainees for workplace readiness and support their placement journey. Coordinate with MIS and center staff to ensure compliance with program requirements. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Education, or related field. Strong command over spoken and written English. Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching or training in English & soft skills. Good classroom management and student engagement skills. Ability to motivate and inspire rural youth with confidence-building techniques. Familiarity with DDU-GKY guidelines and modules (preferred but not mandatory). Preferred: Experience working with DDU-GKY , PMKVY , or other skill development schemes.
