We are looking for a skilled and experience,d Process Associate (3-8 years) to join our growing operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently managing data entry, Data processing, CRM, Excel, back-office processes, ensuring high-quality output, and contributing to process improvements, maintaining accurate records, and supporting business process workflowsRole & responsibilities Handle complex data processing and backend operations with accuracy and efficiency Perform data entry and data processing tasks with accuracy and efficiency Maintain and update customer or project records in internal systems Ensure compliance with company SOPs and client-specific requirements Review and verify incoming data for completeness and accuracy Coordinate with team leads or supervisors for task updates and clarifications Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets Identify and escalate process issues or discrepancies promptly Participate in process training and ongoing learning activities Provide regular reports or updates as required by the team Willingness to work in US/UK shifts to align with international clients.
