Job Description: Overview: Provides advanced (level 3) end-user and administrative support to both internal and external clients for various mission-critical applications within the Risk/Compliance, Consulting, and Legal business units as well as other firmwide applications. Collaborates with the Enterprise Applications, Development, and Service Support teams to identify and resolve issues pertaining to the firm's Service Delivery applications. Assists and trains team members as required, performing additional administrative tasks to support the training, legal, and consulting groups. Responsible for developing and monitoring knowledge and support processes to ensure that the firm can provide efficient and scalable support for its consultants. Responsibilities: Record, track, and resolve user issues using ServiceNow Assist with managing vendor support by creating external support cases, tracking vendor SLA performance, and responding to information requests Perform first level development testing and QA on new configuration solutions Oversight of application administration activities, including managing periodic software updates and add-ons, assisting with rollouts, conducting application testing, documenting enhancements, and updating system configurations. Participate in monitoring, logging issues, resolving problems, and contributing to process improvements for Enterprise Applications. Set up processes to run accurate application queries on request. Develop and maintain knowledge base to enable support teams to efficiently manage and support the platforms. Oversees the development and maintenance of documented policies and procedures related to system support responsibilities. Trains team members on established procedures and stays current with technical and organizational information as needed to provide the expected level of client service and support. Work closely with the application and SaaS teams to proactively address system changes that could impact support. Lead support on applications as assigned as IT consolidates applications from BU to IT supported applications Qualifications: Ability to understand and troubleshoot web-based custom applications Ability to act as a liaison between internal clients and vendors. Demonstrates ability to analyze users and software vendors. Experience serving as a liaison between internal client users and software vendors. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work independently with broad direction and little supervision. Ability to develop strong business relationships. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11/Office 365/SharePoint. Familiarity with ServiceNow and Active Directory application rights. Demonstrates openness to new challenges and opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems or engineering fields, or equivalent experience Industry certification, a plus 5+ years in Support role Estimate an annual average of 10 to 15% overtime.
