Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture blueprint for our clients Create comprehensive rationalization and modernization roadmaps for applications Build business cases for transformation and optimization initiatives with clear ROI metrics Define technology standards, patterns, and governance frameworks Ensure architectural solutions meet security and compliance requirements Provide architectural oversight for critical operations and customer experience initiatives Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into technical requirements Guide technology investment decisions to ensure alignment with long-term architectural sustainability Mentor and provide guidance to technical teams on architectural principles and standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, systems integration, or technology strategy 5+ years of experience in banking/financial services technology environments Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) Experience in application portfolio management and optimization Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps and transformation strategies Understanding of banking systems, digital banking capabilities, and fintech innovations Experience with cloud architecture, API strategies, and integration patterns Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field Enterprise Architecture certification (TOGAF, Zachman) Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, cloud-native applications) Experience leading digital transformation initiatives in financial institutions Project/program management certification (PMP, Prince2) Key Success Factors Ability to balance tactical solutions with strategic architectural vision Strong leadership and influencing skills across organizational boundaries Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking Business acumen with focus on delivering tangible business value Collaborative approach with technical and business stakeholders Must Have Skills Enterprise architecture experience (minimum 10 years) Banking/financial services technology experience (minimum 5 years) Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) Application portfolio assessment and rationalization expertise Optimization and modernization experience Business case development for technology initiatives Technology roadmap development experience Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Security and compliance requirements understanding in financial services Solution architecture experience Technical documentation capabilities Strategic planning and execution experience Change management expertise Preferred candidate profile Enterprise Architecture certification (TOGAF, Zachman) Cloud architecture and migration planning experience API strategy and integration patterns knowledge Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field Experience with emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, cloud-native applications) Project/program management certification (PMP, Prince2) Digital transformation leadership experience Fintech integration experience Data architecture and governance expertise Experience with microservices architecture DevOps and CI/CD knowledge Agile methodologies experience
