We need someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution to fuel our demand generation engine, build our brand across multiple touchpoints, and closely partner with our revenue team to drive business outcomes. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs aimed at generating qualified leads, engaging decision-makers, and accelerating pipeline growth for our HR Tech SaaS offerings. This is a strategic and execution-heavy role that will oversee key areas such as B2B demand generation, performance marketing, content marketing, event marketing, and digital video marketing (YouTube). You will work cross-functionally with revenue, SDR, and product teams to create high-impact campaigns and continuously optimise the marketing funnel to drive measurable outcomes. The war cry: Demand Generation & Account-Based Marketing (ABM) : Develop and implement a target account strategy for ABM, collaborating with sales to prioritise accounts based on intent data, deal stage, and ICP fit. Design and run pipeline acceleration programs that engage key personas at target accounts using personalised campaigns. Create and execute quarterly and annual marketing plans tied to specific sales and revenue goals for new logo acquisition and existing account expansion. Monitor lead quality, conversion metrics, and track lead flow to ensure timely and appropriate sales follow-up. Performance Marketing & Paid Campaigns : Own B2B paid marketing strategy across LinkedIn, Google Ads, display, and retargeting platforms to generate high-quality MQLs. Partner with revenue ops and analytics teams to optimise budget allocation, CAC, CPL, and ROI. Content Marketing Across Touchpoints : Lead the content calendar for top/mid/bottom-funnel assets, including ebooks, reports, case studies, landing pages, emails, blogs, and nurture campaigns. Drive SEO strategy and organic content growth to increase inbound interest and domain authority. Ensure content personalisation and relevance across customer journeys and personas. B2B Events & Webinars : Plan and execute owned and sponsored B2B events , including CXO roundtables, virtual webinars, conferences, and partner co-hosted activations. Own event promotions, lead capture, and post-event follow-up strategy in collaboration with SDRs. YouTube Channel & Video Content : Build and scale our YouTube channel as a demand and brand engine through thought leadership content, customer success stories, explainer videos, and expert interviews. Collaborate with internal/external creators and video editors to produce high-quality video content aligned to key themes and campaigns. Sales & SDR Alignment : Maintain strong alignment with sales and SDRs on campaign priorities, messaging, lead hand-offs, and closed-loop feedback. Build and maintain comprehensive account profiles, ICP personas , and intelligence dashboards to refine targeting and personalisation. Fill persona and contact gaps through data partnerships and enrichment tools. What ammo should you carry? 1 to 5 years of experience in B2B in B2B SaaS marketing , preferably in HR-Tech or High Growth sectors. Proven experience in ABM, demand generation, performance marketing , and full-funnel campaign planning. Strong understanding of content strategy , with hands-on experience managing content development and distribution. Experience in planning and managing B2B events (virtual and physical) and driving measurable impact. Hands-on with marketing automation, CRM (Zoho), ad platforms, and analytics dashboards. Experience with targeting, segmentation, and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand gen campaigns. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
