Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the assigned revenue goals on Monthly and quarterly basis. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise accounts. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities. Manage the sales pipeline and track progress towards goals. Grow monthly recurring revenue (MRR), helping in meeting the monthly and quarterly targets. Maintain an accurate CRM with information across the sales lifecycle. Accurately report on performance, KPIs, customer insights, roadblocks, and sales forecast. Work with a sales go-to-market plan and strategy to meet/exceed pipeline generation and bookings targets. Building brand awareness and sales of Enterprise level clients and a demonstrable passion for the Cloud Telephony solution. Qualifications: A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field. 5+ years of experience managing a high-performing Enterprise Sales for a SaaS technology company. Required Skills: Exceptional communication skills with an ability to give and receive feedback thoughtfully. A track record of sales excellence, especially with enterprise customers at an executive level. Experience in Cloud Telephony and dialler industry will have an added advantage. Should have the skills to setup and manage a team of SDR and increasing the revenue in the assigned territory.
