Job Summary: As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Kalvium, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with enterprise clients and industry partners. You will drive revenue growth by promoting Kalviums educational solutions, forging strategic alliances, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy to drive business growth. Identify, engage, and close enterprise partnerships and support in the placement of students. Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new business opportunities. Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring revenue targets are met. Collaborate with internal teams (Students) to align offerings with client needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations. Maintain and update CRM systems, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to leadership. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales, preferably in education, ed-tech. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Experience in consultative selling, strategic partnerships, and account management. Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and drive revenue growth. Passion for education, technology, and workforce development.
