Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager Company: Padah Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We are expanding our footprint both domestically and globally and looking for dynamic professionals to join our growing team. Role Overview: As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Padah Solutions, you will play a key role in leading sales efforts, generating new business, and managing complex enterprise accounts. This fast-paced role will allow you to work with industry-leading software tools and collaborate with a talented team to deliver business-critical projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach: Actively generate leads through email campaigns, cold calling, and networking. Expand the client base both domestically and internationally. Product Knowledge & Differentiation: Conduct product demos showcasing Padah Solutions unique features and benefits. Stay updated on competitive offerings and emphasize Padah's strengths in the market. Understand the product’s role in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Pre-sales Collaboration & Qualification: Work with pre-sales teams to qualify leads and comprehend customer needs. Tailor demos to customer requirements and respond to RFIs and RFPs. Enterprise Account Management: Manage enterprise accounts, complex projects, and high-value contracts. Identify growth opportunities and manage all stages of the sales lifecycle. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with company goals. Sales Strategy & Development: Contribute ideas for new products, services, and partnerships to enhance client retention. Continuously improve the sales strategy to adapt to market changes. Build trusted relationships with clients, originating new opportunities. Support & Mentorship: Provide mentorship to peers and colleagues. Serve as an escalation point for customer issues, ensuring quick resolution. Desired Experience & Skills: Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on Fortune 500 companies. Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Empathetic and customer-focused, with the ability to build long-term relationships. Experience with tools like JIRA, ZenDesk, Freshworks is a plus. Engineering/Support Engineer background is highly desirable. Professional & Technical Skills: Strong experience in enterprise software pre-sales and solution selling. Experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable: IT Service Management (ITSM) Financial Management (FM) Project Portfolio Management (PPM) DevOps, Agile, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), GRC, Security Operations, ITOM, Cloud Management, etc. Ability to articulate technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
