Role & responsibilities: As Enterprise Sales Manager (Plastic, EWaste, Battery, Tyre & UsedOil) and Environmental Credits , you will own the fullcycle revenue charter: crafting winning strategies, acquiring new logos, nurturing key accounts, and scaling highvalue partnerships across all mandated EPR waste streams while opening pipelines for plastic, carbon and greencredit transactions. Key Responsibilities 1.Sales Strategy & Market Planning Design and execute gotomarket plans that hit topline targets for every EPR vertical, Plastic, EWaste, Battery, Tyre and UsedOiland for emerging Environmental Credit offerings. Identify untapped market opportunities, understand what drives demand, and create plans to enter new regions and industry sectors. 2.Revenue Generation Drive Revenue by packaging multiwaste EPR compliance plus credit solutions into highvalue propositions. Build persuasive proposals, ROI models and commercial structures that convert large producers, brands and importers. Set up long-term revenue by securing multi-year contracts for compliance services and credit trading. 3. New Client Acquisition Hunt and onboard obligated entities across FMCG, electronics, automotive, chemicals and lubricants industries. Leverage networking, industry forums, referrals and targeted outreach to generate qualified leads for all waste categories and for plastic/carbon credit deals. Tailor solution pitches—collection, recycling, takeback, credit issuance or trading—based on each client’s regulatory gap and sustainability goals. 4. Account Management & Relationship Building Act as a single touchpoint for multiwaste EPR compliance for registration, fulfillment, annual filing, invoices, collection and Environmental credit services, ensuring seamless execution and audit readiness. Deepen relationships via QBRs, performance dashboards and joint roadmaps to upsell additional waste streams or credit volumes. 5.Sales Performance & Reporting Track pipeline health, conversion ratios and verticalwise P&L against AOP targets. Deliver accurate forecasts and boardlevel insights; recommend process and product refinements to keep the edge. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor’s degree in Business, EnvironmentalSciences or related field; MBA preferred. 7–10years’ track record in B2B sales / business development within wastemanagement, sustainability, or allied sectors. Demonstrated success exceeding revenue goals, closing large contracts, and leading multiproduct sales teams. Strong negotiation, storytelling and relationshipbuilding skills. Working knowledge of Indian EPR regulations (Plastic, EWaste, Battery, Tyre, UsedOil) and voluntary / compliancegrade environmental credit mechanisms is highly advantageous. Analytical, datadriven and relentlessly resultsoriented.
