Job Title: Enterprise Zonal head Manager Location: Bangalore Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager with a strong background in handling large enterprise accounts, government accounts, and familiarity with the Audio-Visual (AV) industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the complexities involved in managing high-value relationships and driving sales growth within these sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a portfolio of large enterprise and government accounts, ensuring strong relationships at multiple levels within the client organization. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs promptly and effectively. Craft and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals within the enterprise and government sectors. Identify new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling AV solutions, and expand the company’s footprint within existing accounts. Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, emerging trends, and opportunities within the enterprise and government sectors. Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining long-term relationships. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Mentor and guide junior sales team members, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative environment. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates to senior management on account status, pipeline development, and sales performance. Utilize CRM tools to track all sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes. Requirements Minimum of 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on large enterprise and government accounts. Proven track record in the Audio-Visual (AV) industry is highly preferred. Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and closing large deals. Strong understanding of AV technologies and solutions. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive sales growth in a competitive market. Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
