Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth and strategic partnerships in the domain of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), E-Waste, and Battery Waste Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in waste management regulations, compliance frameworks, and market expansion strategies.Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales:Identify and develop new business opportunities in EPR, E-Waste, and Battery Waste Management.Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals with key stakeholders such as manufacturers, recyclers, and compliance agencies.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.EPR Compliance & Regulations:Stay updated with government regulations, EPR guidelines, and compliance requirements.Assist clients in meeting their EPR obligations, including documentation, reporting, and liaising with authorities.Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion:Develop partnerships with waste processing facilities, recyclers, and technology providers.Identify potential markets and expansion strategies for E-Waste and Battery Waste Management services.Client Consultation & Sustainability Advisory:Provide consultation to clients regarding sustainable waste management practices.Advise on cost-effective and compliant waste disposal and recycling solutions.Market Research & Competitor Analysis:Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.Recommend innovative solutions to enhance service offerings and competitive positioning.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors/Masters degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, Waste Management, or a related field.Proven experience in business development, sales, or consultancy in EPR, E-Waste, and Battery Waste Management.Strong knowledge of EPR regulations, government policies, and compliance frameworks.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently, drive revenue targets, and manage multiple projects.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and market research tools.
