We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven EPC Sales Manager to join our team in the rapidly growing solar sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) services for large-scale solar energy projects. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of solar energy projects from concept to delivery. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar sector, with a focus on large-scale solar projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, project owners, contractors, and governmental bodies. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to expand market share and enhance the companys position in the solar EPC market. Sales Strategy & Proposal Management: Oversee the development of proposals, including technical, commercial, and financial aspects, tailored to client requirements. Lead negotiations with potential clients and secure project contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure proposals are aligned with company capabilities and client expectations. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-project follow-up. Provide clients with expert advice on solar technology, design options, financial models, and implementation strategies. Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships that foster repeat business and referrals. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities and threats. Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning and identify strategies for differentiation. Team Collaboration & Support: Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, finance, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery. Provide regular feedback to senior management regarding market conditions, competitor activities, and performance metrics. Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline management in CRM systems. Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, tracking progress against sales targets and key performance indicators.
