We are hiring: Epicor P21 Technical Specialist / Prophet 21 Tech Lead Company: AurumData Solutions Experience:10+years Locations: USA/ Hyderabad / Pan India Job Title: Technical Specialist - Epicor Prophet 21 Work Type: Remote Timings: US Shift / 3pm to 12AM IST Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist with expertise in Epicor's Prophet 21 platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuration, data elements, integration, and the P21 API. Proficiency in C# and .NET, along with a high-level understanding of all modules and EDI, is essential. This role will involve working closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration and optimal use of the Prophet 21 system. Key Responsibilities: Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the Prophet 21 platform to meet business requirements. Data Management: Manage and maintain data elements within the Prophet 21 system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Prophet 21 and other systems using the P21 API. Development: Utilize C# and .NET to develop custom solutions and enhancements for the Prophet 21 platform. Module Expertise: Provide high-level support and expertise across all Prophet 21 modules. EDI Management: Oversee and manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes and integrations. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to Prophet 21, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and other technical staff on Prophet 21 functionalities and best practices. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Epicor's Prophet 21 platform. Technical Skills: Proficiency in C# and .NET. Strong understanding of Prophet 21 configuration, data elements, and integration. Experience with the P21 API. High-level understanding of all Prophet 21 modules. Experience with EDI processes and integrations. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Relevant certifications in Epicor Prophet 21 or related technologies. Additional Skills: Experience with other ERP systems and knowledge of SQL.
