Role & responsibilities RFQ Design/Tender Drawing Review Discussion with Customer on any clarification is required on technical purchase specification Preparation of product BOM for Recurring Cost (RC) i.e. separate BOM of FRP + BOM of BOP + Packaging BOM + Consumable & PPE BOMPreparation of 2D Drawings for Purchase, Production & QAProvide support to Purchase in part/BOP items devlopment ( MOQ to be considered in BOM for costing)Preparation of BOM of pattern, Molds & fixture to calculate Non re-curring cost (NRC) 2D Drawing preparation of pattern, Mold & Fixture Production of Pattern, mold & fixture Inspection of pattern, mold & fixture to be define (manually with CNC cross section templates OR by 3D scanning) & ensure development done is meeting technical requirements Define part production process includeing manufacturing process, types of glass fiber with GSM, number of glass fiber lay up sequesnce to meet part thickness requirements, Glass:Resin ration, mechanical properties, max./min. wieght of parts including process wastages Prepare laminate sample as per techncial spec in consultation with Process Chemist The testing of GRP laminate prepared to be done in internal/external lab with the help of QA. Supervision of First Article manufacturing & inspection to done & receive an Aaproval from Customer After customer's approval, define CTQ for QA to be followed for serial part production After customer's approval, prepare SOP/WI for Production to be followed for serial part production Prepare Packaging & Stuffing plan Work instruction for safe delivery & optimize logistic cost Provide support to installation team on site Discussion with Customer on ECN (ngineering change request) Prepare cost impact of ECN to be claim from Customer & time to implement BOM updation in system after implemntation of ECN Documents control i.e. 3D & 2D of all projects with Revision history & ECN. Uploading of drawing in ERP system. Ensure all documents must be updated for internal & external audits according to ISO-9001, ISO-14001, ISO-45001, ISO-22163 (IRIs), AS 9001(ASD) Taking care of provided IT assets like laptops & design softwares Perks and benefits
