Role & responsibilities Equipment & Facility Planning. Greenfield plant setup. New equipment/facility planning and installation. Technical support to Production / Maintenance for production ramp up, productivity improvement and troubleshooting. Understanding project timelines & analyze critical path to achieve targets. Specification finalization for equipment after understanding the project scope and implementing feedback of internal customers. Commissioning of all facilities and equipment in Press Shop. Understanding of lean manufacturing, six sigma and implementation in work areas. Ensuring safe environment and quality assurance during installation and commissioning of equipment. Technical Skills Required: Sound knowledge of Press shop Equipment (Press, EOT Crane, Conveyor) & Press shop operation mandatory. Hands on Experience in Erection & Commissioning of equipment. Work experience in Greenfield projects will be preferred. Expertise in press machine accuracy check and Robots teaching/ simulation / troubleshooting. AutoCAD, Knowledge of PLC/Drives mandatory. Proficiency in MS Excel Advanced & MS Power Point.
