Job Description EQUITY dealer (Finance & Broking) Company: Swastika Investmart Limited Location: Pune Experience: 2-3 Years in Finance & Broking Qualification: NISM Series VIII Certified (Equity & Derivatives) Roles & Responsibilities: Team Management & Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of dealers and relationship managers. Train team members on trading strategies, compliance, and risk management. Ensure the achievement of revenue and client acquisition targets. Dealing & Trading Execution: Execute trades in equity and derivatives as per client requirements. Ensure risk management and compliance with SEBI & exchange guidelines. Monitor market trends and guide clients on investment strategies. Client Relationship & Revenue Growth: Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI & retail clients. Advise clients on stock market investments and portfolio diversification. Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies. Monitor trading activities to prevent unauthorized transactions. Prepare daily reports on team performance, trade execution, and revenue. Skills & Qualifications: Mandatory: NISM Series VIII Certification Strong knowledge of equity, derivatives, and market operations Experience in client engagement and advisory services Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment Apply Now!
