Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Platform Development & Implementation: Lead the development of the investment platform, building robust, scalable, and secure applications. Collaborate closely with the founders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Collaborate with external vendors & third party SAAS providers for seamless integration Design & implement intuitive user interaction flows. Key Product Modules: Portfolio Construction: Develop modules related to portfolio analysis, buy/sell timings, performance reporting, and decision analytics. Investment Analysis: Build pre-created comp sheets, Excel model integrations, and research module updates. Company Selection: Implement screener modules, operational metric scrapes, and data integration from public sources and sell-side inputs. Decision/Meeting Journal: Integrate meeting notes, research modules, and AI-based decision-support tools. Data Integration: Implement API integrations with public data sources (e.g., AMFI, BSE) and proprietary Excel models. Facilitate trade-data integration for performance analysis and analytics. AI & Automation: Develop AI features for query suggestions, research summarization, and decision analytics. Automate data scraping and report generation processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. 3+ years of hands-on software development experience, preferably in fintech or investment-related platforms. Strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript, React, and related technologies. Experience with API integrations, data pipelines, and database management. Familiarity with AI-driven applications and RAG-based research portals is a plus.
