We are seeking talented and experienced candidates to join our Equity Dealing Team at BKC, Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: Execute equity and derivative trades on behalf of clients, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized advice and strategic trading recommendations. Monitor market trends, news, and economic data to provide informed trading strategies and investment advice. Utilize trading software and platforms to analyze market conditions and execute trades efficiently. Prepare and present detailed reports on trading activity, portfolio performance, and market insights to clients and senior management. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to trading and client interactions. Stay updated on changes in market conditions, regulations, and industry best practices to adapt strategies accordingly. Qualifications: Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience as an Equity Dealer or experience in trading in Indian capital markets and F&O/ Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications: NISM Equity Derivatives Certificate (NISM Series VIII). Skills: In-depth knowledge of capital markets, equity trading, and derivative instruments. Proficiency with trading software and platforms. Proficient with Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach. Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
