Tech /BE Electrical (Preferred) or Mechanical with relevant experience Essential: - Total 5 to 10 years in sales of MV/HV motors, MV Drives Systems for industrial applications. Application knowledge for Medium Voltage Motors Drives, with understanding of its sizing selection, International and Indian standards, specifications etc. Desired: - Experience with a reputable Indian or global MV Drives/Motors manufacturing / sales company Good business contacts customer relationship in Indian market Sales experience in Pune India (W2 Region) preferred. Knowledge a. Must know how to explain a products functionality, benefits and alternatives to a customer. b. Must be able to explain a product from a business perspective so they can pitch ideas to potential partners. c. Must be able to share value proposition for customers business, both in short- and long-term accounts. d. Must be able to develop their product and market expertise, learn new company messaging and hone conversational skills to have more meaningful interactions with buyers. Presentation, communication and customer relations skills Understanding of Indian contract/commercial terms, INCOTERMS and Indian Duty and Taxation regulations. Willing to travel frequently and work from any location in India TMEIC offices as well as home office. Analysis Skills. Strategic Planning Abilities.
