Job Description Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions for Infor ERP LN.Analyze business requirements and transform them into functional ERP LN solutions.Optimize and enhance existing ERP LN modules to improve performance and user experience.Develop and maintain ERP LN extensions using 4GL and other relevant technologies.Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other IT teams to ensure seamless ERP LN integration.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Conduct System testing, Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve any technical issues related to ERP LN.Provide support and maintenance including performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality for the deployed ERP LN solutions.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in ERP LN technologies.Drive ERP LN upgrades, migrations, and integration with other systems.Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report on key performance indicators to senior management. Skills Strong command of ERP LN development tools (4GL, DAL) and relevant technologies.Proven experience in leading ERP LN projects and teams.In-depth knowledge of ERP LN architecture and modules, including manufacturing, finance, and supply chain.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in database management systems.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience with ERP AdministrationBusiness Process AnalysisSystem IntegrationProject ManagementTechnical LeadershipCustom Module DevelopmentPerformance TuningTroubleshooting and Debugging Preferred Qualifications Experience with Infor ERP LN version 10.3 or later.ERP LN certification or similar technical certifications.Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
