ERP & IT Manager

Job Description

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science. Experience: Over 10 years of experience in the real estate sector, with hands-on experience in HIGHRISE /FARVISION ERP. Key Responsibilities: Highrise ERP Management: Administer, configure, and optimize Highrise ERP modules including project management, accounting, CRM, procurement, and leasing. Collaborate with departments to ensure proper utilization of Highrise features for improved operational efficiency. Monitor system performance and manage upgrades, customizations, and bug fixes in coordination with the ERP vendor. Train end-users, create documentation, and serve as the primary point of contact for all Highrise ERP-related issues. IT Infrastructure Oversight: Maintain secure and reliable IT infrastructure including network systems, data storage, backups, and cybersecurity protocols. Ensure systems are scalable to meet business growth, with effective disaster recovery and failover mechanisms. Project & Vendor Management: Lead IT projects including system upgrades, hardware procurement, and digital transformation initiatives. Manage relationships with Highrise and other technology vendors, ensuring service levels and contractual compliance. Team Leadership: Supervise IT support staff and ensure timely resolution of user issues. Develop and implement IT policies and standard operating procedures.
