Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager NetSuite to lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation, customization, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, deep knowledge of NetSuite ERP, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical consultants to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end NetSuite projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Coordinate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to gather requirements and align project goals. Oversee NetSuite implementation, customization, integrations, and post-go-live support. Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. Mitigate project risks and resolve issues by proactively addressing challenges. Ensure compliance with NetSuite best practices, industry standards, and data governance policies. Conduct project status meetings, provide progress reports, and communicate updates to leadership and key stakeholders. Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between finance, operations, and IT teams. Work with NetSuite consultants and third-party vendors to optimize solutions and drive process improvements. Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills: 6-12 years of experience in NetSuite ERP implementation and project management. Strong expertise in NetSuite modules, including Finance, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, and CRM. Experience in leading NetSuite integration projects with third-party applications (e.g., Salesforce, OpenAir, other ERPs). Knowledge of SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, and SuiteAnalytics is a plus. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. PMP, Prince2, or NetSuite certifications are an advantage. Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with leadership teams and clients.
