Job Description

Job Responsibilities Client handling Logging and solving queries of clients Interacting with clients to provide technical support via chat, phone, and emails Provide remote desktop or onsite support on Cloud ERP Data/System Backup Report / Data generation from Backend. Maintain Daily Issue Tracker and bring closure to issues as per TAT Provide timely updates to customers and 100% documentation on issue reasons Follow-up with clients on the solution provided Review client feedback with a view to improve and enhance support quality Suggest enhancement and improvements in the software Test new functionality Create training ppts/videos Pre- Sales Demo for prospective enquirers Product installation & configuration User training and support Perform client data gathering and support product implementation Create, verify and push Client Data Test screens, modules and report bugs Screens Development Debug and Troubleshoot Testing screen & module and reporting bugs Perform data analysis Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 0 to 1.5 years of experience in Technical Support role Basic Knowledge on Technology and ERP practices Good communication and customer service skills Remote or onsite helpdesk experience preferred Good troubleshooting / problem solving skills Knowledge of Cloud ERP implementation and tech support Qualifications/Skills Experience with ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, ADO.NET, XML, IIS Experience with SOA or other web-based, multi-tier architectures particularly implemented in Microsoft .NET DBMS experience including Microsoft SQL Server Education BCA/MCA/BE/ BSC-IT/MSC-IT preferred Demonstrated aptitude and academic excellence is highly valued
