Role & responsibilities The purpose of ESG Analyst is to evaluate environmental, social, and governance factors that influence a companys performance. This role involves analyzing data, assessing risks, and preparing reports to support sustainable business practices • Knowledge of BRSR, GRI, TCFD, CDP, SASB, CSRD, and SDGs frameworks • Experience with ESG rating frameworks like DJSI, CDP, MSCI, and EcoVadis • Understanding of ERP (Extended Producer Responsibility) for E-Waste, Batteries, and Plastics • Familiarity with ISO standards: ISO 14001, ISO 45001 • Proficiency in GHG Accounting (Scope 1, 2, and 3) • Understanding on Energy, Water & Waste Management • Sustainable supply chain engagement • Implement and manage ESG ESMS tool • Draft and enforce ESG Policies and Procedures _Experience / Qualifications: _ • Relevant experience in ESG domain • Strong analytical and communication skills • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
