Role & responsibilities : Analysis of Green House Gases Emissions data Sustainability Reports/BRSR Reports To implement all the Policies, Procedures of ESG activities across all the plants To support for implementation of RE across all plants To lead the ESG activities as Sustainability Leader ESG data monitoring, analysis and action plan Implementation and Sustenance of EMS Policies, Procedures across all YIPL Plants Monitor ESG Parameters Compliance 100% RE100 Plant wise Plan Vs Actual ESG Training Plan Vs Actual Co-ordination with Project team and Land Owner for achievement of target of RE 100 Co-ordination with Plant Heads, Plant HR and Plant Admin for use of RE in the plant Discussion with Various Solar Plant Investors and get the optimum deal for the organization. State wise Legal requirements are different for installation of RE Understand the problems at various plants for Energy, Water and Waste reduction and provide solutions Preferred candidate profile : BE/B. Tech qualified Candidate- Electrical/Mechanical/Environmental Post Graduate Diploma or MBA in Environmental / Legal Environmental Science Desired: MBA in Energy & Environment Management Desired Candidate Location: Pune Location: This position will be based in Yazaki Head Office (Bund Garden Road, Pune)
