Build a vibrant community by execution of planned engagement activities of residents in social, sporting other events. Verbal and written communication skills are essential to conduct regular conversation(s) with RWA and residents for timely query resolution grievance redressal. Responsible for accurate monthly billing collections thereof along with resolution of billing queries of residents in addition to adherence to budget(s). Make timely recommendations for any necessary preventive maintenance to deliver cost effective services. Should be adequately prepared for handling any emergencies contingencies. Conduct daily briefings routine training for all maintenance staff (technicians, housekeeping, security, horticulturist, and other contractors.)
