Role Description Must have a clear understanding of both tender and client requirements. Responsible for preparing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) , cost estimation, technical offer, commercial offer, and timely submission. Responsible for attending techno-commercial meetings with clients and consultants. Plays a key role in the process, from offer submission to order conversion. Ensures timely preparation and submission of offers in line with technical specifications. Qualifications Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer. 5 to 6 years of professional experience in estimation within the fire protection industry. Experience in designing fire protection and fire detection systems for power plants, steel plants, industrial projects, and commercial projects. Familiarity with designing fire pump systems, hydrant systems (internal and external), medium-velocity water spray (MVW) systems, high-velocity water spray (HVW) systems, foam systems, clean agent systems, and fire detection systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
