Estimation Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting) Location: Chennai Industry: MEP / Construction / Infrastructure Experience: Minimum 5 years in pre-tendering estimation Qualification: B.E. Graduate (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) Key Responsibilities: Preparation of cost estimates for Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements Coordination with vendors and suppliers for pricing Participate in pre-bid meetings and tender submissions Work closely with the project and procurement teams Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in MEP estimation (pre-tendering phase) Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software Strong understanding of local and international codes Excellent analytical and communication skills.
