Job Description

Develop preliminary, conceptual, and detailed cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost breakdown structures based on design drawings and specifications as per different schedule rates for buildings by working closely with architects. Required Candidate profile Should have experience in Construction Estimation, Bill of Quantity, Schedule of Rates, Excel, AutoCAD, Market rate analysis, Billing with a experience of working in consultancy firm.
