We are expanding our team and are looking for a talented Electrical Estimation Engineer to contribute to our cutting-edge projects. Key Responsibilities: Estimate Preparation: Prepare detailed and accurate electrical estimates for projects, including labor, materials, and overhead costs. Review Plans: Analyze project drawings, specifications, and scope of work to determine project requirements. Cost Analysis: Conduct thorough cost analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, design engineers, and procurement teams to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on project objectives. Vendor Interaction: Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and validate pricing. Tender Bidding: Participate in the tender bidding process, ensuring all estimates are competitive and accurate. Travel: Travel as necessary to gather rates and assess project requirements on-site. Green Certification Projects: Work on projects aimed at achieving green certification, focusing on sustainable practices. Documentation: Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and related documentation. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, pricing changes, and new technologies to enhance estimation accuracy. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed estimation reports to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience: 3-4 years of experience in electrical estimation or a similar role. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
